God's Blessings...

Within the last few months I have been experiencing God's Love, his Grace, his Forgiveness and most of all his Faithfulness.  I feel so blessed to have gone through what I've been through, to be where I am, to have what I have, and to be going where I'm going...I feel fortunate to know what talent God has blessed me with and how I can utilize it for his glory.  God is so good.  Even at times when we don't know what were gonna do, how somethings are gonna workout...God always knows.  We have to trust that HE will work it all out.  I experienced that majorly in the last two days.  He did something for me that has left me in awe of his awesomeness. But we have to be slow to hear his voice, and quick to obey it.  He is always on time.  Every time he blesses me this way it makes me cry...because I'm thankful that I am not alone.  I used to say "I don't have no one to turn to but me."  "If I fall, I pick myself up"  But I've been wrong.  I haven't been alone.  He has always been with me.  Guiding me, teaching me, even when I thought I wanted him to leave me alone...I thank him for not leaving me...For always making me uncomfortable to be comfortable in the world.  I am who I am because of him.  I may not have parents to guide me, or family to turn to...but the one that I know has my back is more than I could ever have asked for...Thank you God for your unfailling love.  I truly feel from my heart that "God has my back" and thats pretty exciting!!!!!

Now I've got to get back to my cleaning and Birthday party planning for this weekend...This "lil Party" is turning into a huge party...but...anything for my princess right?!?!?!

3yrs ago God blessed me by giving me one of his lil angels to love and look after. She has truly changed my life and continues to do so every single day. Her daddy and I couldn't ask for more...we love you my precious angel. Have a blessed Birthday!

First off I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all of you who were a part of saturday's event.  I had such an amazing time beautifying everyone of your beautiful faces!  You all looked so stunning...the outfits were excellent and I do believe your significant others will be blown away by what they see.  I spoke with Derrick a bit a go and he said he is literally blown away on how good all the photos look...you gals did GREAT!!!  I cannot wait to see them myself! I would like to put some up on here to showcase our work...I will only put them up with your permission.  So let me know if its ok.  But overall the event was a success and lots of fun!!!!! Here's a few pics of us in action........

Get your Beauty rest...

Tomorrow is the day girls!  Don't forget to prep your hair tonight and bring your foundation and powder with you.  Make sure to get plenty of rest and be on time please!!!  I will see you all tomorrow!!!!

My baby girl this morning...

Shes so grown...arguing with me on how she wants her hair done. Sometimes I forget shes two cus she acts like shes 7!!! Makes me wonder what she'll be discussing with me when she is actually 7....Lord help me...her Daddy needs to come home real soon!!!

Preparing for the day of the event....

The night before wash your hair and blow dry.  If you have extremely curly hair and want a more relaxed curl or your hair straightened then blow dry using a round brush the night before.  For your make up bring your foundation and powder.  Lashes will be provided.  For the shoot; you will have thirty minutes with the photographer..so make them worth it and work the camera!!! You can bring two outfits for two different looks. However we will not be changing makeup or hairstyle in between. Bring props...for example: If your doing a sports theme bring a bat, baseball glove, ball, football, jersey, flag, ripped jeans..cowgirls bring hat, boots, chaps, vest, rope, saddle...a horse if you have one..lol  Sexy Gals bring candles (I will have some but the more, the sexier) any big cloths to drape over things or sheer cloths, I will have rose petals to throw over areas. My pin up babes bring leopard items, like sexy leopard heels, a leopard top, black skirt. Business woman bring white long sleeve shirt, tie, reading glasses, a book, a briefcase, stilletos, business suit with no top underneath the coat.   Get creative...Think outside the box!  A few sips of wine while your being prept for the shoot always helps, so you are welcomed to bring your  fave.  But most of all find that inner DIVA and make sure to bring it that day!!!!
